Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth - Proposed Sale of Charity-Owned Land

What is happening?

A Public Notice for the purposes of

Section 121(2) of the Charities Act 2011

The RNNH 1937 Charity (registered charity number 226064-19) (the “Charity”) gives notice that the Charity proposes to sell the freehold land which is owned by the Charity known as the Retired Nurses National Home, Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth registered at HM Land Registry under title number DT411698.

The sole corporate trustee of the Charity has accepted a special purchaser offer which is deemed best terms reasonably obtainable by the Charity’s Designated Adviser as significantly above the site’s formal valuation.

Any representations or comments in relation to the proposed transaction should be sent for consideration to the following address by no later than Friday 5 December 2025 for:
