Bradford, Disposal of Community Garden Lease

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council as trustee for Wibsey Park Recreation Ground that it proposes to dispose of land known as Wibsey Community Garden forming part of Wibsey Park, Reevy Avenue, Wibsey, Bradford, by way of lease for a term of 20 years which is public open space within the meaning of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 and charity land under section 121 (2) of the Charities Act 2011 as amended by the Charities Act 2022 To inspect a plan of the land or for further information email denise.mawbey@bradford.gov.uk or phone 07582102274.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to Legal Services, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY quoting reference PCD/DM/413970 or by email to denise.mawbey@bradford.gov.uk no later than 12 noon on 18 December 2025. The grounds for any objections should be stated
