REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ON WATER USE
Section 76B of the Water Industry Act 1991
Icosa Water gives notice the Temporary Use Ban (commonly known as a hosepipe ban), which has been in effect across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight since 21st July 2025, will be lifted from 31st October 2025.
This decision follows recent rainfall that has significantly improved local water resource conditions, allowing for the easing of restrictions. We thank all our customers for their cooperation and continued efforts to use water responsibly during the ban.
Your support has played a vital role in protecting our water supplies, not just for today, but for the future.
Affected sites
Boorley Green; West Acre; Park; Centenary Quay; Lily Cross Farm; Netley Grange
