Henham Greens – Adoption of new byelaws for the recreation ground
What is happening?
Henham Parish Council
Notice is hereby given that Henham Parish Council intends to make new byelaws to set out the rules and regulations in respect of the use of the Recreation Ground known as Henham Greens. The proposed byelaws are necessary as they update the current byelaws (which were first printed in 1929) in line with the Model Byelaws.
Copies of the proposed byelaws will be kept at the offices of the Council at Ham Cottage, Woodend Green, Henham, Bishops Stortford CM22 6AZ and will be open to inspection without payment on any weekday during usual business hours for 28 days from the publication of this notice. The byelaw may also be viewed at https://henham-pc.gov.uk/
