APPLICATION FOR MLA/2025/00315 - Nine Dock Pontoon Works HM Naval Base Portsmouth
Notice is hereby given that Karl de Caux of INTERMARINE LIMITED, Unit 39, Romsey Industrial Estate, Greatbridge Road, Romsey has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 for a marine licence to undertake the installation of two additional floating pontoons and associated electrical re-wiring works to be added to the existing row of pontoons within Nine Dock, Portsmouth Naval Base.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed online in the MMO’s Public Register at: www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register
Representations in respect of the application should ordinarily be made by: Visiting the MMO’s Public Register (www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register) and accessing the ‘Public Representation’ section of case reference MLA/2025/00315.

In all cases, correspondence must:
- Be received within 28 days of the date of the first notice 30/10/25
- Quote the case reference
- Include an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive
