Section 27 NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 FLINT INK (UK) PENSION SCHEME (the "Scheme")
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27(1) of
the Trustee Act 1925 that Flint Pension Trustees
Limited (the "Trustee") is winding up the Flint Ink (UK)
Pension Scheme (the "Scheme"). If you have received
communication from the Trustee regarding the wind up of
the Scheme, then you do not need to take any action.
Any former employees of Flint Ink (U.K.) Limited or any
associated company or any other person who has not
received written communication regarding the wind up
of the Scheme and who has, or may have, any claim,
entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide
written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest
to the Trustee by contacting Capita, PO Box 555, Stead
House, Darlington DL1 9YT. Claims must be made within
2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
After the 2-month period, the Trustee may distribute the
assets of the Scheme and will not be liable in respect of
any person whose claims have not been notified to it.
