Public Path Diversion Order No.15 2024
Certification of Works
Following the confirmation of the above Order on 20 February 2025, I hereby certify that all works on the new route of Footpath LA13/24/20 have been carried out to the satisfaction of North Somerset District Council and that the footpath between the points A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-N on the map annexed to the above Order is now in a fit condition for use by the public. In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Order the Footpath between the points A-N on the Order Map annexed to the above Order shall be stopped up in accordance with the above Order.
