REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by Pigeon (Sandon) Ltd, Richard Holmsted
Speakman and Sally Ann Judith Speakman, relating
to the application to Chelmsford City Council for
the outline planning application for a commercial
development of up to 46,605sqm of mixed employment,
logistics, storage and distribution uses (use classes
E(g)(iii), B2, B8) supporting associated development,
infrastructure and landscaping. Appearance,
landscaping, scale and layout reserved. Access being
sought, at Land South of J18, A12, Sandon,
Chelmsford, CM2 7RZ.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will
hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to
decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and,
at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
