ADVERTISEMENT RELATING TO THE DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
BY THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ISLINGTON
SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT
BARNARD PARK COPENHAGEN STREET LONDON N1 0ER (Lease of Park Kiosk)

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Islington intend to dispose of the food and drink kiosk located within Barnard Park by way of a lease for up to 5 years commencing on 1st April 2026.

A drawing showing the location of the Kiosk to be disposed of may be inspected at the Waste Recycling Centre, 1, Cottage Road, London, N7 8TP from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any objections to the intended disposal should be made in writing, addressed to: The Director of Law & Governance (Ref:HMC), London Borough of Islington, Third Floor, 222 Upper Street London N1 2XR to be received by no later than 7th November 2025.
