On 15 October 2025, a petition was presented to Dumbarton Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that RAYA HOLDINGS LTD, Scottcourt House, West Princes Street, Helensburgh, G84 8BP (registered office) (company registration number SC721159) be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator.
