What is happening?
NOTICE OF PROPOSED REORGANISATION SCHEME
Williamson Trust Abernethy (SC003200) has applied to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (“OSCR”) for approval of a reorganisation scheme. Details of the proposed reorganisation scheme may be obtained from OSCR’s website (www.oscr.org.uk) or by writing to OSCR, Quadrant House, 9 Riverside Drive, Dundee DD1 4NY.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to OSCR may do so in accordance with regulation 5 of the Charities Reorganisation (Scotland) Regulations 2007.
All representations must reach OSCR not later than 3 December 2025.
