What is happening?

Notice is hereby given that Rushcliffe Borough Council
intends to dispose of an area of the land at West Park
Sports Pavilion, West Park, Loughborough Road, West
Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, NG2 7JE/Cricket Pitch, Cricket
Changing Pavilion and Cricket Nets including ancillary
cricket open space, by way of a lease for 25 years, for the
purposes of the delivery of cricket related activity for all
levels of the game from grass roots to elite level. A plan
identifying the precise area and location of the subject land
can be inspected during normal office hours at Rushcliffe,
Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West
Bridgford NG2 7GY. Comments and objections to the
intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed
to the Communities Manager, Rushcliffe Arena, Civic
Offices, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2
7YG dhayden@rushcliffe.gov.uk (0115 9148 270), no later
than 5pm on Friday 14th of November 2025 .
