Proposed Disposal of Garden of Rest, Stockway North, Nailsea
Notice is hereby given that North Somerset Council intends to dispose of approximately 0.293ha of land at the Garden of Rest, Stockway North, Nailsea to Nailsea Town Council. The parcel of land is used as a Garden of Rest, including an unused area of extension land, and will continue to be used for that purpose. A plan identifying the precise area and location of the subject land can be requested from, and objections to the intended disposal, can be addressed to Martin O’Neill, Senior Development & Asset Manager, North Somerset Council, Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1UJ, call 01275 884 441, or email: martin.oneill@n-somerset.gov.uk to be received by Wednesday 5 November 2025.
