PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

1. Notice is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intends, in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 to grant a lease to:

   • Portslade Bowls Club, Victoria Recreation Ground, Brighton & Hove, BN41 1XD

   • Mackie Bowling Club, Mackie Ave, Brighton & Hove, BN1 8RA

   • Woodingdean Bowls Club, Lockwood Cres, Brighton & Hove, BN2 6UH

   • Hollingbury Park Bowls Club, Bowls Pavilion Ditchling Road, Brighton, BN1 6JL

   • Hangleton Bowls Club, Bowls Pavillion, Knoll Park, BN3 7JG

   • East Brighton Park Tennis Courts, Wilson Avenue, Brighton, BN2 5PA

2. A plan showing the locations of the said land is available by request via email amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk
