RUNNYMEDE BOROUGH COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, Section 123(1), (2A) LAND AND BUILDINGS AT KING GEORGE V PLAYING FIELD, CROWN ROAD, VIRGINIA WATER, GU25 4HS known as Virginia Water Football Club Notice is hereby given that Runnymede Borough Council intends to dispose of by way of lease for a twenty-five year term for use as a football club (youth teams up to the age of 18, Reserve Teams, Sunday Teams, Adult Teams) and sporting facilities for the benefit of the local community, land and buildings at King George V Playing Field, Crown Road, Virginia Water, GU25 4HS forming part of the land in HM Land Registry title number SY746007. A plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question is available to view at the Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone KT15 2AH, Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10am and 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Mario Leo, Corporate Head of Law & Governance, Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone KT15 2AH by no later than 14th November 2025.
