NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE WAVERLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF DISPOSAL BY WAY OF A LEASE OF PART OF OPEN SPACE UNDER SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Waverley Borough Council intends to grant a Lease of part of open space at Farnham Park, Folly Lane, Farnham registered with title number SY743564 to Farnham Park Golf Club. A plan showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the Waverley Borough Council Offices at The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR. Any objections regarding the intended disposal should be made in writing to Michael Elford, Head of Legal Services, Waverley Borough Council, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR or by email to Michael.Elford@waverley.gov.uk citing reference MF/IK010500.
