THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the
City of Newcastle upon Tyne intends to dispose
of a piece of land comprising approximately 2.3
hectares situate at Pottery Bank Walker Newcastle
upon Tyne ("the Land") for proposed housing
development.
The Land comprises open space for the purposes
of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972
and a plan identifying the Land may be inspected
at all reasonable hours at Customer Services, City
Library, 33 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle
upon Tyne NE1 8AX.
Any representation relating to the proposed
disposal should be made in writing no later than
13 November 2025 and sent to the address below
