What is happening?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
AN INSPECTOR APPOINTED BY
THE WELSH MINISTERS UNDER PARAGRAPH 1(1) OF SCHEDULE 6 TO THE
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TO DETERMINE THE APPEAL
WILL HOLD A VIRTUAL HEARING
ON
WEDNESDAY 19 NOVEMBER 2025 AT 10:00
REGARDING THE APPEAL BY GWYR CLT AGAINST THE DECISION OF CITY AND COUNTY OF
SWANSEA COUNCIL AS LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY TO REFUSE PLANNING PERMISSION FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CO-HOUSING SCHEME COMPRISING OF 14 NO. NEAR ZERO CARBON
AFFORDABLE HOMES, COMMON HOUSE (TO INCLUDE SHARED FACILITIES), OUTBUILDINGS, ACCESS
AND CAR PARKING AND ASSOCIATED CYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS AND EXTENSIVE LANDSCAPE
