NOTICE OF MEETING

at which the Trust’s accounts will be approved and the auditors appointed

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Malvern Hills Trust (the working name of Malvern Hills Conservators) will take place at 7:00 pm on Thursday 13 November 2025 in the Hampton Suite, Colwall Park Hotel, Colwall, Malvern WR13 6QG for the purpose of approving the accounts for the year to 31 March 2025 and appointment of the auditors for the year ending 31 March 2026 at which all creditors, council taxpayers and other interested persons may be present.

Any member of the public wishing to attend the meeting is requested to notify Mrs Alison Marlow, Secretary to the Board, at the Trust’s offices or by email to info@malvernhills.org.uk. Please see the Trust’s website https://www.malvernhills.org.uk/ for full details of the arrangements for the meeting.

Any member of the public wishing to propose the appointment of auditors at the meeting should notify the Trust of that proposal no later than 5 pm on Friday 31 October 2025.

The statement of accounts to be presented at the meeting will be available for inspection from Thursday 23 October 2025 on the Trust’s website www.malvernhills.org.uk

. A copy may be obtained by any levy payer free of charge from Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern from Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm.
