NOTICE OF MISSING LANDLORD

Missing Landlord - Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993 (As Amended) ("The 1993 Act")

Take Notice that Evergreen South Properties Ltd (Co. Reg 12216480) as the leaseholder of 17a Pan Close, Newport, PO30 2AE registered under HM Land Registry IW14719 ('the Property') c/o Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, 77 Baker Street, London, W1U 6RF requires that notice of their intention to apply to the County Court for a vesting order for the grant of a new lease of the Property be served on the landlord / freeholder, the landlord being absent and the freehold being unregistered.

The Landlord referred to in the lease of the Property dated 29th January 1988 was the Secretary of State for Social Services and the tenant was Stephen Lewis and Helen Jane Denning. The Secretary of State for Social Services does not appear to exist any longer and despite numerous attempts to contact relevant current Government departments it has not been possible to identify the freehold proprietor of the Property.
