LAND AT YORK STREET IN THE BOROUGH OF ROSSENDALE. NOTICE is hereby given that Rossendale Borough Council intends to dispose of land as set out in the schedule below which forms part of land used as an open space.
Location: Land at York Street, Bacup
Site area (m2): 520
Proposed use: Garden and parking area associated with neighbouring properties
Plans showing the location of the site are available for inspection at; The One Stop Shop, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
