REGISTRATION OF CLUBS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996 (Article 5 and Schedule 2 paras. 1(1)(b), (c) and (d)) Notice of application for the registration of a club IN THE COUNTY COURT FOR NORTHERN IRELAND

TAKE NOTICE that I, Sean Love of 133 Tattygare Road, Cavanacarragh, Lisbellaw, County Fermanagh, BT94 5FB, Secretary, intend to apply to the County Court at Dungannon Courthouse, 46 Killyman Road, Dungannon, County Tyrone at 10 o’clock in the forenoon on the 7th day of November 2025 for a grant of registration of Cavanacarragh Community Association of Cavanacarragh Hall, 120 Tattygare Road, Lisbellaw, County Fermanagh, BT94 5GL. Preliminary notice of this application was given by notice dated the 11th day of June 2024. The owners of the premises are Liam Cox of Topped Lodge, Cavanacross, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT94 3DD; Seamus Martin of Cavanacarragh, Lisbellaw, County Fermanagh, BT94 5GL; Gareth Flanagan of Shanros House, 22 Carrowkeel Road, Coolbuck, Lisbellaw, County Fermanagh, BT94 5BP; Hugh Cleary of 3 Ballydoolagh Road, Lissan, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT74 4JY; Shane Cleary of 129 Currin Road, Breagho, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT74 4AA; and James Slevin of 74 Ballylucas Road, Cavanacross, Tempo, County Fermanagh, BT94 3DE as Trustees of Cavanacarragh Community Association. The objects of the Club are to promote the benefit and interests of the inhabitants of the area of benefit (being the Cavanacarragh District of County Fermanagh), without distinction of age, sex, race, political or religious or other opinions by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations, institutions and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for health, recreation, social, moral and intellectual developments with the objection of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the area of benefit. All of the information, particulars and documents required under paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 2 to the Registration of Clubs (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 are attached.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the club premises for which the registration is sought who intends to object to the grant of the licence must in accordance with Paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Registration of Clubs (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 serve notice of his intention to object upon the Applicant and the Chief Clerk not less than one week before the time of the opening of the Court Sittings specified in this Notice.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the relevant permissible grounds of objection are any of the grounds as are specified in Articles 5(5) and 5(6) of the Registration of Clubs (Northern Ireland) Order 1996. Dated this 7th day of October 2025.
