hereby retracts the advertisement published on 22 September 2025

of a Petition to wind up the above-named company Nimah Solutions Limited (SC626131),

having a registered office at 55 Drumry Road, Clydebank, Glasgow, G81 2LL.

The Winding Up Petition issued by His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs was dismissed on 2 October 2025.
