What is happening?

A PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 121 OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011

Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to dispose of land at Trevor Basin, Wrexham (an area of land shown edged red with additional mooring rights shown blue), subject to all existing rights. Details (including the plan) referred to in this notice may be viewed on the Charity’s web page: http://canalrivertrust.org.uk/about-us/for-businesses/public-notices. Alternatively, copies of the plans may be requested in writing. Any representations or comments in relation to the proposal should be sent for consideration to the address below or by email to business.boating@canalrivertrust.org.uk to arrive no later than one calendar month from the date of this Notice.
