What is happening?

HARLOW DISTRICT COUNCIL SECTION 123 (1), (2), (2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) LAND AT OAK END, TYE GREEN VILLAGE HARLOW, ESSEX Notice of intended temporary disposal of Open Space

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Harlow District Council intends to grant a licence and enclose an area of public open space at Tye Green Village, Harlow, Essex for a period of up to twenty months.

A location plan showing the extent of land intended to be licenced edged in red may be inspected during normal office hours (excepting Bank Holidays) at Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, College Square, Harlow, CM20 1WG and is available at: https://www.harlow.gov.uk/your-council/have-your-say/public-notices. A copy of the plan may be obtained on payment of the Council’s copying charges.

The area of open space intended to be licenced is approximately 500 square metres and would be licenced to a third party in order to provide construction works compound facilities in relation to an adjacent redevelopment.

The area would be reinstated following completion of the construction works.
