The Church Commissioners have published a draft Pastoral (Church Buildings Disposal) Scheme providing for the site of the demolished church of Kidderminster St Oswald to be appropriated to residential use and for purposes ancillary thereto. The provisions of the Scheme will empower the Worcester Diocesan Board of Finance to dispose of the site of the demolished church for the said purpose.

A copy of the draft Scheme may be inspected online at www.churchofengland.org/consultation

and at Parish of Kidderminster Ismere, Parish Office Churchfields KIDDERMINSTER Worcestershire DY10 2JN. Having considered the proposals, you may make representations either in support or against the draft Scheme by e-mail to matthew.crowe@churchofengland.org or by post to Matthew Crowe, Pastoral and Closed Churches, Church Commissioners, Church House, Great Smith Street, London SW1P 3AZ. Please note that any communications received after 30th October 2025 cannot be treated as a representation.
