PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND AT LUMBY’S TERRACE, STAMFORD
NOTICE UNDER S123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
South Kesteven District Council gives notice that it is considering a disposal of public open space at Lumby’s Terrace, Stamford. It is proposed that the public open space be divided and incorporated into the boundaries of the individual properties at Lumby’s Terrace. This land is designated as open space within the meaning of s123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
A plan of the land can be viewed at request. Telephone enquiries about this proposal can be made to 01476 406080 or via email to: developmentprojects@southkesteven.gov.uk.
If you wish to object to the proposed disposal of public open space you should write to (Suniel Pillai, Planning & Development Surveyor), South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherines Road, Grantham NG31 6TT or email developmentprojects@southkesteven.gov.uk explaining the reasons for your objection. Your objection must arrive by Friday 17th of October 2025.
