What is happening?

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE IN THE MATTER OF THE LOCAL ELECTION FOR THE ALPHINGTON & COWICK AND EXWICK & ST. THOMAS DIVISIONS OF THE DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL ELECTION HELD ON 1 MAY 2025 AND IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION FOR RELIEF UNDER SECTION 86 & 167 OF THE REPRESENTATION 
OF THE PEOPLE ACT 1983

Applicants: Cllr Neil Stevens, Cllr Tony Stevens and Robert Sheridan

TAKE NOTICE that the Applicants intend to apply to the Judge of the High Court (Royal Courts of Justice, the Strand, London, WC2A 2LL) on Tuesday 14th October 2025 at 10:30AM for relief under s86 and s167 of the Representation of the People Act 1983 from the consequences of errors and failings on their election expenses returns in connection with their roles as candidates and election agent at the local elections held on 1st May 2025.
