Brunswick Park Newcastle upon Tyne - Propose To Dispose of Open Space Land
What is happening?
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne intends to dispose of a piece of land comprising approximately 366 square metres situate at Brunswick Park Newcastle upon Tyne (“the Land”) by way of lease to a charity called Hopespring, for outdoor space and landscaping associated with the delivery of specialist education services at the Brunswick Park Centre.
The Land comprises open space for the purposes of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 and a plan identifying the Land may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Customer Services, City Library, 33 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AX.
Any representation relating to the proposed disposal should be made in writing no later than 23 October 2025 and sent to the address below (quoting reference Conv/AS/CC/9630729)
