What is happening?
MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE WORKS WITHIN FAMBRIDGE YACHT HAVEN, YACHT STATION FACILITY
Notice is hereby given that FAMBRIDGE YACHT HAVEN LIMITED, CHURCH ROAD, NORTH FAMBRIDGE, CHELMSFORD, CM3 6LU has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to:

Construct, alter or improve any works within the UK marine licensing area either:
(a) in or over the sea, or
(b) on or under the sea bed; and

Use a vehicle, vessel, aircraft, marine structure or floating container to remove any substance or object from the sea bed within the UK marine licensing area.

Representations in respect of the application should ordinarily be made by:

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
