Land adjacent to St Day Clock Tower, Market Square, St Day, Redruth, TR16 5JX
St Day Playing Field, St Day, Redruth, TR16 5PB Trenant Estate Amenity Land, St Day, Redruth, TR16 5NF

1 Land is held as public open spaces in St Day Parish by Cornwall Council.

2 Notice is hereby given for the first time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to devolve the public open spaces in St Day (as listed above) to St Day Parish Council.

3 A copy of a plan showing the land is available on request from the address below.

4 Any objection or representation in respect of the devolution of the open spaces must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 09/10/2025.
