Pre-application Consultation by Harmony JF 3 Limited Proposed Major Application at Land northwest of James field Garden Centre, Abernethy, Perth and Kinross
Installation of 49.9MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) including associated infrastructure and landscaping.
A public information/exhibition will be held at Williamson Hall, Kirk Wynd, Abernethy on the 09th of October 4pm and 7pm with members of the project team.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 14th November 2025 to: consultation@scotthobbsplanning.com, or via the project website.
This notice does not relate to a planning application.
Comments should not be made to Perth and Kinross Council.
Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Perth and Kinross Council, normal neighbor notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
