PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2025
Ref (PROW/2023/11.1)
The above Order, made on 11th September 2025 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will extinguish part of Public Footpath No. 76, Axminster and part of Public Footpath No. 77, Axminster in the vicinity of Old Park Farm, Axminster as shown on the order map.

PUBLIC PATH CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2025
Ref (PROW/2023/11.2)
The above Order, made on 11th September 2025 under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a Public Footpath No. 76, Axminster in the vicinity of Old Park Farm, Axminster as shown on the Order map.
The above Orders are to be considered concurrently.
A copy of the Orders and the Order maps have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, at www.devon.gov.uk/haveyoursay or on request to the Clerk to the Parish Council. A copy of the Order and the Order map can also be sent to you by post free of charge by contacting prow@devon.gov.uk. Any representations about or objections to either or both orders may be sent in writing to Public Rights of Way, Great Moor House, Cleave Tor Room, Bittern Road, Sowton, Exeter, Devon, EX2 7NL not later than 24th October 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Copies of any objections or representations received may be circulated to interested parties. If no such representations or objection are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Devon County Council may confirm the Orders as an unopposed Orders. If the Orders are sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Orders.
