NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER

SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

COUNTY OF DEVON DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT

DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

(BRIDLEWAY No. 3, OTTERTON)

DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2025

The above Order made on 15?? September 2025, if confirmed, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them Bridleway No. 3 at Colliver Lane near Park Gates, in the parish of Otterton, in the administrative district of East Devon, as shown on the Order map CCET/PROW/25/39.

Copies of the Order and Order map may be seen free of charge at the offices of:

Devon County Council Offices, Great Moor House, Sowton, Exeter EX2 7NL

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Team, PO Box 968, Exeter, EX1 9DQ, not later than 5?? November 2025 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.

Copies of any objections or representations received may be circulated to interested parties.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, Devon County Council may, instead of submitting the Order, themselves confirm the Order.

If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations and objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
