What is happening?

THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

Disposal of land and premises by way of a lease known as Roundwood Park Café, Roundwood Park, Harlesden Road, London, NW10 3SH together with right forming part of Public Open Space

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Brent (“the Council”) intends to grant a lease of land and premises known as Roundwood Park Café, Roundwood Park, Harlesden Road, London, NW10 3SH, having a total area of 105 square metres or thereabouts (hereinafter called “the Property”). The Property is on land forming part of public open space.

Copies of a plan showing the approximate position of the affected land may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours Monday to Friday at Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0FJ (save for bank holidays) and can also be viewed below.

By virtue of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of public open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal.

Any objection or representations regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to Property and Assets Management Team at pam@brent.gov.uk no later than 12 noon on 2nd October 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
