The Cheshire East Borough Council Definitive Map and Statement (Addition of Public Footpath 100 and Public Footpath 101 in the Parish of Mobberley) Modification Order 2025
The above Order, made on the 28 August 2025 if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them two footpaths: a footpath, FP100, commencing on Public Footpath 13 at OSGR SJ 78275 80124 and running through a gap in a hedge in a generally easterly direction for approximately 7 metres to OSGR SJ 78282 80122 and running through a gap in a fence line in a generally north easterly then easterly direction running through a gap in a hedge line for approximately 378 metres to the edge of a field at OSGR SJ 78641 80055 then running in a generally easterly then south easterly direction through a gap in a hedge line for approximately 219 metres to the junction of Public Footpath 12 Mobberley at OSGR SJ 78830 79964 AND a footpath, FP101, commencing on Public Footpath 13 at OSGR SJ 78255 79848 and running through a gap in a fence line in a generally north easterly direction running through a gap in a hedge line and continuing in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 419 metres to the junction with Public Footpath 100 at OSGR SJ 78640 80055
A copy of the Order and Map has been deposited and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours in the Public Rights of Way office and at the offices of Cheshire East Borough Council Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe CW1 2LL. Copies of the Order and the Map may be obtained free of charge from prow@cheshireeast.gov.uk
Any representations or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Manager, Public Rights of Way, c/o Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL not later than 29 October 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Cheshire East Borough Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment and Rural Affairs, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with it.
