MISSING LANDLORD – LEASEHOLD REFORM HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT 1993 (AS AMENDED) (“THE 1993 ACT”)

Take notice that D Hazan Development Ltd (Company No. 14365880) as the leasehold owner of 22a Lancelot Road, Wembley, HA0 2BP registered under HM Land Registry NGL116669 c/o Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, 77 Baker Street, London, W1U 6RF requires that notice of their intention to apply to the County Court for a vesting order to give effect to their statutory entitlement to a new lease under the 1993 Act, be served on the current landlord who cannot be found.

D Hazan Development Ltd intends to apply to the County Court under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993(as amended) for a vesting order to give effect to their statutory entitlement to a new lease, if they are unable to give notice to the landlord.

The Landlord registered as Freeholder of the aforementioned properties is DANIEL ODOI whose last known address was 14 Milford Street, London SW8, and whose whereabouts cannot now be ascertained.
