NOTICE OF DISPOSAL BY WAY OF LEASE OF OPEN SPACE

SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

OPEN SPACE AT CHURCH MEADOW, PRESTON,

HITCHIN, HERTFORDSHIRE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Hertfordshire District Council intends to dispose by way of lease the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A copy of the plan of the land concerned may be inspected at Council Offices, Gernon Road, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3JF during normal office hours on arranging a prior appointment by sending an e-mail to estates@north-herts.gov.uk

Any person wishing to object to the disposal should make the objection in writing and send it within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Philip Doggett, Principal Estates Surveyor, North Hertfordshire District Council, Council Offices, Gernon Road, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3JF.
