HYSBYSIR TRWY HYN yn unol ag Adrannau 19 a 21 o Ddeddf Parciau Cenedlaethol a Mynediad i Gefn Gwlad 1949 a phob pwer arall sy’n ei alluogi yn y cysyllt hwnnw, bod, trwy Datganiad Gwarchodfa Natur (Ynysdawela) Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin 2025 a dyddiad 17 Medi 2025, tua 16.5 hectar a leolir yng Nghymuned Cwarter Bach yn Sir Gaerfyrddin ac a ddangosir yn goch ac ar gymaint sydd yn gysylltwn â’r Datganiad ddywedodd y byddai e’n cael ei ddod gan Gyngor Sir Gaerfyrddin a bod y tir dylededig yn cael ei reoli fel Gwarchodfa Natur.

NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949

DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVE

YNYSDAWELA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Sections 19 and 21 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and all other powers enabling them on that behalf, that by the Carmarthenshire County Council (Ynysdawela) Nature Reserve Declaration 2025 made on the 1st September 2025, 16.5 hectares or thereabouts situated in the Community of Cwarter Bach in the County of Carmarthenshire and shown shaded red on the plan attached to the said Declaration has been acquired and is held by the Carmarthenshire County Council and the said land is being managed as a Nature Reserve.

A copy of the Declaration can be requested from the Council’s Head of Law, Governance and Civil Services, or viewed on the Council’s website at:–
