Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule Review
Notice under Regulation 16 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010: Publication of a draft charging schedule.
London Borough of Lewisham (Council) intends to submit a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule for examination, under Section 212 of the Planning Act 2008 (as amended by the Localism Act 2011)
This Statement of Representations Procedure has been produced and published in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010.

The closing date for the consultation is Sunday, 12th October 2025 at 11.59pm.
Any person that makes a representation about the CIL Draft Charging Schedule will be submitted to the Examiner for an independent examination. All representations that wish to be considered must be received by 11.59pm on the closing date of the consultation.

Persons making representations may request the right to be heard by an examiner. If you wish to be heard during the examination process, please indicate this in your representation.
You may also request in the representation to be notified at later stages, including:
That the draft charging schedule has been submitted to the Examiner in accordance with the Planning Act 2008
The publication of the recommendations of the examiner and the reasons for those recommendations, and
The approval of the charging schedule by the charging authority.
