Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice of its intention to: Enter into a transfer of airspace for the creation of railway bridge over the Grand Union Canal, Saltley
Viaduct, Birmingham, B8 1JN.
The area within the ownership of the Charity is shown red on the plan to this notice, which can be viewed on the Charity’s web page http://canalrivert- rust.org.uk/about-us/for-businesses/public- notices.Alternatively, a copy of the plan may
be requested in writing from the address stated below.
Any representations or comments in relation to the proposed transaction should be sent for consideration to the following address by no later than one month from the date of publication of this notice quoting reference BMc/BC2 – Saltley Underbridge.
