NOTICE OF MAKING A MODIFICATION ORDERSECTION 53(2)(b) WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

Binfield Footpath 27 Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025

The above Order was made on 12 September 2025. If confirmed, it will modify the Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for the area, by adding a public footpath between points A and B, and running for approximately 146 metres, as shown on the plan accompanying the Order.

The wording on the Definitive Statement shall be modified as provided below.

Parish: Binfield Right of Way number: 27 Status: Footpath Name: Mosses Path From: North side of Stubbs Hill from its junction with Hill Farm Lane (SU 85104 71945) continuing east, south-east for 150 metres To: Ryehurst Lane, northeast of its junction with Stubbs Hill (SU 85239 71908) Width: 1.5 metres Map reference: SU857SW Limitations and conditions: None Remarks: Footpath dedication agreement August 2025

A copy of this Order and the Order map may be seen during office hours at Bracknell Forest Borough Council offices, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD. Copies may be purchased at a cost of £3.00 each. A free digital copy of the Order may be requested by emailing rights.ofway@bracknell-forest.gov.uk or by telephoning 01344 354441, during office hours.

Any representations about or objections to the Order must be received in writing by the Parks and Countryside Team at the address above not later than 24 October 2025. Please state the grounds upon which they are made, and bear in mind that such correspondence cannot be treated as confidential and may be inspected by any interested party.

If no such representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn Bracknell Forest Borough Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
