CUSTOMVANS LIMITED, a Company incorporated in Scotland under registered number SC721416 and having its registered office at Gowkhall Farm, Motherwell, ML1 5HU, to be restored to the Register of Companies, Sheriff Dunipace of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 3 September 2025 inter alia ordered any person wishing to object to the crave of the Petition to lodge answers to the Petition within eight days of the date of advertisement of this Notice with Hamilton Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 4 Beckford St, Hamilton ML3 0BT.
