What is happening?
MISSING FREEHOLDERS
The freeholders of 9 Fairholme Road, Croydon, London, CR0 3PG ('the Property'), namely SEAN CAHILL and MONICA CAHILL cannot be found.
The leaseholder intends to acquire a new lease of her flat situated in the said property pursuant to Section 50 of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of SEAN CAHILL and MONICA CAHILL (previously of 9 Fairholme Road, Croydon, London CR0 3PG) please urgently contact:
