NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE
I/We White Elm Garden Centre, White Elm Road, Danbury CM3 4LR hereby give notice that in no less than two months after publication of this notice.
I/We intend to make application to Chelmsford Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at White Elm Garden Centre, White Elm Road Danbury, CM3 4LR.
A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to Chelmsford Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at Chelmsford Council Between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 and 16:30 Friday.
