What is happening?

Leicester City Council 

Report of Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman 

The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman has issued a further report following their investigation of a complaint about Leicester City Council. The complaint was about a Housing matter. 

The Ombudsman found that there had been fault on the part of the Council, and this had caused injustice to the complainant. The Council must now consider the further report and tell the Ombudsman within three months (or such longer period as he may agree) what it proposes to do. 

Copies of the further report will be available for public inspection during normal office hours at City Hall, Leicester City Council, 115 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1FZ for three weeks starting on 11th September 2025. 

Anyone is entitled to take copies of the further report or extracts from it. Copies will be supplied at a reasonable charge
