Marriage Act - 1994 Civil Partnership Act - 2004

Application for premises to be approved as a venue for marriage / civil partnership Notice is hereby given that I, Paul Ernest Lander Have applied to Warrington Borough Council for approval to be given for the premises described below to be used as a venue for marriage/civil partnership. Alder Root Golf Club and Marquee Alder Root Lane, Winwick, Warrington. WA2 8RZ.

The Application, together with a plan of the premises which shows the precise location of the proposed marriage/civil partnership room(s) and boundary of land of which the premises form part of, will be available for public inspection at: Warrington Register Office 1 Time Square Warrington WA1 2NT Any person wishing to object to the Grant of Approval should write, stating the reasons for the objection, to The Proper Officer or Superintendent Registrar, Warrington Register Office, 1 Time Square, Warrington, WA1 2NT. Objections should be made within 21 days.
