Deddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991 (fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Dŵr 2003) 

Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Tynnu a Chronni Dŵr) 2006 fod tri chais wedi cael eu gwneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd am drwyddedau llawn i dynnu dŵr o strata tanddaearol yng Nghaergybi, Ynys Môn rhwng Cyfeirnodau Grid Cenedlaethol :

Y cynigion yw tynnu dŵr yn ôl y cyfraddau a’r cyfnodau canlynol i’w defnyddio at ddibenion disbyddu: 9.83 metr ciwbig yr awr, 236 metr ciwbig y dydd a 86,140 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy’r flwyddyn.

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003) 

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that three applications have been made to Natural Resources Wales by Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd for full licences to abstract water from underground stratas in Holyhead, Ynys Mon between National Grid References: 

Application reference PAN-029212: SH 26831 80714, SH 26781 80683, SH 26866 80629, SH 26937 80626, SH 27093 80551, SH 27245 80485, SH 27383 80430, SH 27568 80363, SH 27205 80585, and SH 27342 80527.

Application reference PAN-029213: SH 27876 80166 and SH 28186 79992.

Application reference PAN-029214: SH 28481 79844, SH 28728 79880, SH 28907 79912, SH 29130 79930, SH 29364 79840, SH 28701 79706 and SH 28825 79833.

The proposals are to abstract water at the following rates and periods for dewatering purposes: 9.83 cubic metres an hour, 236 cubic metres a day and 86,140 cubic metres a year, all year.
