TAKE NOTICE that, insofar as steps have been taken to ascertain your whereabouts without success, this Notice is now served pursuant to the Directors' right so to do under Article 29.2 of the Company's Articles of Association. We regret to inform you that in the light of the forfeiture of your flat, Flat 14, following the decision of the First Tier Tribunal of the Property Chamber made on 15 June 2022 as to your breach of covenant, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to forfeit the following shares registered in your name: The Shares: 200 £1.00 Class B ordinary Shares; 1 £10.00 Management Share and 1 Class C ordinary share Share Certificate Numbers: 18, 2 and 34 respectively As per Articles 28 and 29 of the Articles of Association of the Company, and in accordance with the Companies Act, we hereby give you 14 (fourteen) CLEAR DAYS' NOTICE of intended forfeiture of the Shares. The forfeiture of the Shares means that you will no longer be a shareholder of the Company, you will lose all rights associated with the Shares including any dividends that may have been declared and all and any claims that you may have against the Company by virtue of any interest in the Shares, when the Shares will be deemed to be the property of the Company and may be sold or otherwise disposed of as the Directors think fit. If you have any questions or require further clarification, or seek to contest the validity of this Notice, please contact the Company Secretary by email to london@carstonetl.com within the said 14 day period.
