THE CABOT PLASTICS PENSION PLAN NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Trustees of the Cabot Plastics Pension Plan (“the Plan”) hereby give notice for the purpose of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan will shortly be wound up.
The Trustees wish to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Plan. Any such persons should write to the following address giving full details of their claim and any benefits that they think they are entitled to, including their full name, address, national insurance number and copies of any relevant documentation:
The Trustees of the Cabot Plastics Pension Plan C/O Eversheds Sutherland LLP, 2 New Bailey, 6 Stanley Street, Salford, Greater Manchester, M3 5GS.
Any claim must be registered with the Trustees by 1 November 2025.
Once the date specified above has passed, the Trustees will, in reliance on section 27 of the 1925 Act, distribute any remaining assets and wind up the Plan without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustees have not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them by 1 November 2025.
